Ms. Jester is the CEO of Greystone Consumer Empowerment Systems, a software development company specializing in Medicaid waiver programs. She provides direction and leadership in all daily operations, including business development, finance and accounting, consulting services, GCESonline product development, GCESonline implementation services, and customer support services.

Julie joined GCES after spending six years at Greystone Healthcare Management and brings 15 years of healthcare reimbursement and finance experience to the GCES team.
